Are the bars ACTUALLY free to hire?
Yes, they can be totally free to hire! This depends on the package you want, where the venue is and also a minimum spend threshold that would need to be achieved. Many of our customers are able to hire their bar for free as drinks sales at the event more than cover the minimum spend. If the minimum spend is not reached, customers are just required to pay the difference. Dry bars (without drinks packages) are not free to hire however.

How do I hire multiple items and services?
We understand that customers might want more than one service. Our team are on hand to help you get the perfect package for your event and possibly saving you some money. We know exactly what you need and will help you to get it.

Do I have to pay a deposit when I hire?
All our services require a deposit to secure the reservation. For most services this is non refundable but will be deducted from the final balance of the invoice which is due 7 days before the event. With our bar hire service, deposits are refundable once the minimum spend is achieved.

What do the bars come with?
Our bars are fully equipped with everything you need (including experienced staff). This also includes a full draught system with up to three products (such as a larger, bitter and a cider, or any such combination), cocktail making facilities, spirit optics, bottle fridge, ice machine, till and card payment machines, anything you could find in a pub, you can find in one of our bars.
