We started from humble beginnings to become one of the leading event hire and event services companies in Oxfordshire, providing our clients with the best in event infrastructure and services at affordable prices minus the headache.

Our story started several years ago whilst running the Black Swan Pub just off the Cowley Road in Oxford. There we hosted loads of events in our spacious garden which eventually turned into one of the best and most sought after venues in Oxford. We were also asked to help out with events, providing bar services at other venues in the area. As the requests rolled in and we were able to provide some very successful services allowing us to grow and evolve, we thought "why not take the pub on the road"? This was when R&R Events was born!

We started off by developing our amazing mobile bar hire service, getting plenty of feedback from our clients so that we could ensure that we were providing the best possible level of service that sets us apart from the crowd.

We expanded and developed our services to offer more and more by drawing on the extensive network of professionals and contacts we encountered when working at weddings, parties, festivals, summer balls, sports tournaments and carnivals. Through this, we are able to offer the full range of professional services that we can today and to a level that is second to none.
